Aluminum veneer/Panel

Fluorocarbon aluminum veneer is mainly made of 1100 and 3003 series aluminum alloys. It is formed through various processing techniques such as cutting, bending, punching, and welding. The formed samples are pickled and passivated, then sprayed with 70% PVDF resin on the surface and baked to finish.
